↗From Manual Therapist Matching to an AI-Powered WhatsApp Automation System
A therapy-matching platform was receiving strong website traffic from patients looking for the most suitable therapist for their needs. The platform had more than 200 registered therapists. Patients submitted detailed information through the website, including their name, phone number, email address, age, personal concerns, preferences, and other relevant details.
